Inquiry Privacy Information

TechWorld Solutions uses the details you provide to review and respond to your request for IT support, diagnostics, consulting, or TechWorld Care. Daniel is your contact for questions about an enquiry: info@techworldlongisland.com or (646) 926-4188.

Information you provide

The form asks for your name, email, company, general office location, requested service, and description of the problem. Provide only what is needed for an initial conversation. Do not submit passwords, recovery keys, confidential files, insurance documents, or device logs. Any sensitive material needed for service work must use a separately agreed process.

How enquiries are handled

Submitted enquiries are stored privately in this website’s WordPress database, hosted by Hostinger, and are available to authorized website administrators. We use them to understand the request, arrange follow-up, and manage related service discussions. Sending an enquiry does not add you to a newsletter or marketing list.

Retention and your requests

We keep enquiry information while it is needed to respond to the request and manage related services or business records. Contact Daniel at the email above to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to confirm that the request relates to your information. Necessary service or business records may need to be retained, and copies in routine hosting backups may remain until those backups rotate.

Website operations

The form uses a temporary hashed network-address value to limit repeated submissions; the current rate-limit record expires after ten minutes. Hosting and security services may process ordinary connection information and operational logs. WordPress uses cookies for administrator login. The cinematic background and images load from external Pexels media servers, which receive the connection information needed to deliver those files.
